The Xinchuang Industry and the Cangjie Ecosystem

The information technology application innovation (Xinchuang) industry spans hardware, software, databases and operating systems. It aims to achieve self-control in the field of information technology and is an important national development strategy for scientific and technological self-reliance. During the 14th Five-Year Plan period, the main task of the Xinchuang industry is to build a high-quality ecosystem and to serve the high-quality development of the real economy through that ecosystem.

Cangjie is Huawei's first self-developed programming language aimed at the application layer. It balances development efficiency with runtime performance and has strong domain-extensibility. The Cangjie programming language community advocates keeping the community running with the simplest possible rules, in order to preserve the vitality and independence of the open-source community.
